As one time students ourselves, we recognized the need for high quality accommodation for the new universities in the Carcavelos/Parede area so Cocoon was born in 2019.

The first cocoon residence, our family home in Parede, built up by our parents, was developed to welcome students like you! The Parede Cocoon.

Additionally, we remodeled one of 5 Terraced houses in Rebelva, The Rebelva Cocoon. One of our objectives will be the transformation of the other houses for student lets.

We also recommend a spacious and modern apartment with fantastic views of Lisbon and the sea, The Buzano Cocoon.

All of our properties were developed with the sole purpose of providing comfort, safety and support for students here in the Carcavelos/Parede area.

They all benefit from a high standard of decoration and furnishings as well as facilities, inclusive are all bills and full service as regards cleaning of common areas, maintenance, garden maintenance and pool cleaning.
