Parede Cocoon

This Cocoon residence was the first of our properties to be ready to welcome students.

The property is on its own plot of land and benefits from a swimming pool, large stepped garden, including an area laid to lawn.

It benefits from a large comfortable living area with flat screen TV, dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens with all new appliances; a study area, a games room with pool table, cinema room, dart board, bar and chill out area. A video entry system, full Wi-Fi and services included.

This Cocoon has the following characteristics:

12 different rooms ranging from €350-€600 pcm;

Single or Shared rooms with en-suite bathrooms, “New York”, “Madrid”, “Paris” and “Rome”.

– “Lisboa” and “Porto” share the “Tejo River” bathroom.

-“Miami”,“Washington”and “San Francisco” share the “Potomac River” bathroom.

-“Venice”,“Amsterdam” and “London” share the “Thames River” bathroom.

Some rooms have access to a balcony with views, “Washington” and “New York” , and “Madrid” has access to a patio.

Buzano Cocoon

The Buzano Cocoon is a spacious apartment in Parede with a fantastic view over Lisbon.

This apartment has a generous fully fitted kitchen next to a separate laundry area, an open living/dining room and a big balcony with a coffee table to enjoy the view.

Two rooms “Stockholm” and “Helsinki” with a balcony that share a big bathroom.

The apartment also allows the residents access and use of both the swimming pool facilities at the Parede Cocoon as well as the large garden and BBQ area at the Rebelva Cocoon. (currently under development).

Rebelva Cocoon

The Rebelva Cocoon consists of a row of 5 terraced houses with a large outdoor garden and BBQ area. (garden currently under development).

Each house has a large open plan living/dining room and kitchen area on the ground floor with a downstairs WC.

The first-floor part of the accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, “Berlin”, “Vienna” and “Warsaw”, and a shared bathroom.

Each house also has its own garden area, laid to patio where you can relax.

The large, shared garden with BBQ facilities, pergola and storage area runs along all 5 properties is now under development and will be a shared area for all the Cocoons.
