This Cocoon residence was the first of our properties to be ready to welcome students.

Buzano Cocoon
The Buzano Cocoon is a spacious apartment in Parede with a fantastic view over Lisbon.
This apartment has a generous fully fitted kitchen next to a separate laundry area, an open living/dining room and a big balcony with a coffee table to enjoy the view.
The apartment also allows residents access and use of both the swimming pool facilities at the Parede Cocoon as well as the large garden and BBQ area at the Rebelva Cocoon (currently under development).

Rebelva Cocoon
The Rebelva Cocoon consists of a row of 5 terraced houses with a large outdoor garden and BBQ area (garden currently under development).
Each house has a large open plan living/dining room and kitchen area on the ground floor with a downstairs WC.
The large, shared garden with BBQ facilities, pergola and storage area runs along all 5 properties and will be a shared area for all Cocoons.
