NOTE: For Nova students there is a 5% discount on your weekly rent. You will receive a discount of 10% for bookings of a full academic year.  

RESERVATION 

• If your preferred room is available, you will be sent an application form to complete with all required information for completion of your rental agreement. 

• To make a reservation, you will sign a rental agreement and pay a deposit of a month’s rent which will be returned to you within 15 days after completion of a room check for damages to inventory and that the room and contents are in the same condition as when you checked in.  
• Upon receipt of the deposit your room will be booked.

RENTAL AGREEMENT 

• You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement and an Internal Regulations document. This forms part of your contract and is in place to protect you and cocoon residences from any potential anti-social behavior.  

• Your rent is priced weekly, paid monthly and paid with one month in advance. A final deep cleaning fee of €60 (sixty euros) will also be paid along with your last month rent prior to your arrival.   

• Minimum contract term is 22 weeks (or 44 weeks for full year bookings). For bookings with shorter terms – prices on request. 

Nova Academic semesters: 

 25 Aug 2024 – 25 Jan 2025 – 1st Semester

26 Jan 2025 – 28 Jun 2025 – 2nd Semester 

CHECK IN 

• On check in, you will be asked to sign an inventory for your room. 

• You will be provided with all bed linens and towels and all cooking utensils and kitchenware.  

• Additional individual room cleaning is available subsequently upon arrangement.
