Our houses in Parede, Rebelva and Buzano offer different room types to match your lifestyle — from cozy singles with a shared bathroom, to private ensuite rooms. Each room comes with essential services and access to shared areas where you can relax, cook, and connect with others.

This is a single room on the attic floor of Parede Cocoon. It has an individual bed with a duvet, big fitted wardrobes with hangers and storage, study area next to the wall heater, shoes and dirty laundry storage and coffee/tea facilities with stunning views. The bathroom “Rio Tejo” is only shared by the next door student. It shares the first floor kitchen where there’s an individual locker and storage.

This is a single suite room on the second floor of Parede Cocoon. This is our best room. It has one with duvet, fitted wardrobes with hangers and shelves for sweaters in a dressing area, storage for shoes and dirty laundry and a study area. It has a wall heater and a private bathroom “Hudson River”. On top of this there is access to a large balcony with a coffee table and views over the surrounding area. It shares the kitchen of the first floor with other students where there’s an individual locker and storage. It’s a very spacious and bright room with a fantastic view.

It shares the bathroom on the same floor and the kitchen on the ground floor that’s part of a large open plan living/dining with all the facilities and individual storage as well as a laundry area. This space has a big window door that takes you to a terrace to chill out. Residents of this cocoon have access and use to the swimming pool facilities at the Parede Cocoon.

The bathroom right next to the room is only shared by the next door student. They also share the big kitchen with all the facilities and a laundry area. You can chill out in the lovely balcony and enjoy the view or have a nice meal in the big dining/living area. Residents of this cocoon have access and use of the swimming pool facilities at the Parede Cocoon.

This space has a big window door that takes you to a terrace to chill out. Residents of this cocoon have access and use of the swimming pool facilities at the Parede Cocoon.
