Everything you need to know before booking a room.
Reservation process
- If your preferred room is available, you will receive an application form to complete with all the details needed for your rental agreement.
- To secure your reservation, you will sign a rental agreement and pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent — returned within 15 days of check-out, subject to room condition.
- Your room is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Rental agreement
- You will sign a rental agreement and an Internal Regulations document — both form part of your contract.
- Rent is priced weekly, paid monthly, and one month in advance.
- Minimum stay is 22 weeks. Full academic year is 44 weeks. Shorter stays are available on request.
Nova Academic semesters:
24 Aug 2025 – 24 Jan 2026 — 1st Semester (22 weeks)
25 Jan 2026 – 27 Jun 2026 — 2nd Semester (22 weeks)
Pricing & discounts
- 5% discount for Nova students on stays of 22 weeks or more.
- 10% discount for full academic year bookings (44 weeks or more).
One-time fees paid alongside your deposit:
- Admin fee — €45
- Final deep-cleaning fee — €70
- Optional Comfort Package — €95 (mattress protector, pillow, duvet, sheets & towels)
Check-in & what’s included
- On check-in you will receive a video inventory of your room.
- All electrical kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, and kitchenware are provided.
- Common areas, shared bathrooms, garden, and pool are regularly maintained. Additional individual room cleaning available on request.
- Electricity, water, gas, broadband, and TV services are all included in your rent.
