• WPForms — our contact and enquiry forms are powered by WPForms. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database, which is hosted locally and not shared with WPForms.
• WhatsApp — clicking our WhatsApp buttons opens the WhatsApp application. We do not transmit your phone number to WhatsApp before you initiate contact.
• Google Maps — our Cocoons page embeds Google Maps iframes to show property locations. Google's own privacy policy applies when you interact with these maps.

6. Data Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or tenancy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
